Revamp the 'IfcGeomServer' idea to have an executable rather than a library to interface with. This way IFC processing runs in a separate process from the client application, so that crashes or out of memory issues do not bring down the client application.

CMake: added an entry at main CMake script that makes QTViewer an optional build.
QT Viewer main structure only, libQGLViewer or any 3D functionality can be added to mainWindow as a widget later on.
