This was broken, now a IfcOpenShell-0.7.0.tar.gz file can be created
like so:
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ../cmake/ -DEXTRA_VERSION=
make package_source

Update the VERSION argument <min> value or use a ...<max> suffix to tell
