Allow to install ifcpatch separately ( #1263 )

Will allow to provide ifcpatch as a standard python package for
various usages (eg. standalone, blenderbim addon, FreeCAD)
* Copy folder instead of files [using svn](https://stackoverflow.com/a/18194523/4098083 )
* Fetch recipes from ifcpatch module path
