s-leger 0a2adbb632 Implement remove pre / pos / all listeners (#1498) 
Remove listeners, passing callback method.
Will not handle file pre_load cleanup / post_load setup here to prevent any blender's dependancy.

Dion Moult b650c045f5 Simple support for API listeners for parametric IFC authoring - editing any parameter can now trigger events from a "parametric engine" which synchronises other related geometry and attributes in the IFC dataset.
