Kristoffer Andersen 7500919b5d Set to fixed daily release 
Remove association to every completed CI workflow. High frequency of releases makes it better to keep this at a fixed interval given it's so compute intensive

krande 87021ebbe7 fix: edit ci triggers for ifcopenshell. 
Changes are made to the github actions workflow files to reduce unnecessary triggering of ifcopenshell compilation, testing and conda package building
