Deprecate should_reload and is_global in switch representation as they don't do anything now.

Superseded by item editing mode, so always reload, and always global.

Only switch representation once when creating a door
...
Previously it would switch representation (and sync changes) every
single time a new representation was created (in the
replace_obj_ifc_representation function). I think this is misplaced
responsibility. The function should change the representation, but not
be responsible for switching.

Door modifier operators now apply to all elligible selected objects. This makes it way easier to modify a single attribute in several unrelated parametric doors thanks to the ALT + input feature from vanilla Blender. This allows for mass-removing, mass-removing, mass-editing, mass-validating, and mass-cancelling edition of door modifiers.

Also allow UNDO for some door operators which seems like they should support it

Removed obj property since it can be covered with just temp_override.
