Stinkfist0 dd8ee915c3 ifcwrap/CMakeLists.txt: as PYTHONLIBS_FOUND and PYTHONINTERP_FOUND cannot seem to be trusted, perform further checks to see whether the packages were actually found or not. 
E.g. one can doo set PYTHONHOME=C:/NoPythonHere
and when running CMake it will happily report:
-- Found PythonLibs: C:/NoPythonHere/libs/python34.lib

- Support different BINDIR, INCLUDEDIR and LIBDIR on install
- Take right python dir on x86_64 arch
- Fix build against Boost >= 1.58
- Make it possible to build libIfcGeom shared to reduce size of dependent binaries
- Fix INSTALL_RPATH
- Fix some more compiler warnings
