* Simplify history, use transaction jargon, use walk for more robust serialisation

* Blender to IFC mappings are now managed by Blender RNA, so they don't break on undo operations. See #1475 .

* Allow global listeners
Add "global" listeners when ifc_file is None, listeners are run whatever the file.
This way allow to register listeners before a file exists, and "global" listeners.
Add listener returns the ifc_key
Remove listeners allow optional filtering by usecase_path / ifc_key.usecase_path.
* Update __init__.py
Fix was only removing the first listener found.
