Andrej730 52167a47b9 minor refactor for bim.add_boolean

1)  Couple logic simplifications and info messages
2) Removed unlink as obj2 is a blender object (we check this before with `tool.Ifc.get_entity(obj2) == None`) and doesn't need to be unlinked
