Jukka Aho 469fe2ea4a test(basis): load JuliaFEM in numerical-accuracy suite 
Numerical tolerances are meaningful only when they target the shipped basis
implementation and quadrature pairing.

- Import `JuliaFEM` instead of stitching topology files manually.
