MPI extension matvec routes now mirror the core kernel-in-cache API, thread optional configuration and caches through packed paths, and keep legacy kernel positional arguments behind depwarn overloads. - SPDX header cleanup in JuliaFEMMPIExt.jl - Rework mpi_partitioned_operator_matvec_owned! / …_matvec! to call apply_K helpers without redundant kernel arguments; add depwarn shims - Add mpi_partitioned_internal_force_owned! calling apply_f_int_owned_rows_from_packed! plus kernel-arg depwarn overload - Add test/mpi/partitioned_internal_force_smoke.jl vs serial internal force
