Jukka Aho 3dac8325e7 test(basis): load JuliaFEM in PoU regression
Partition-of-unity constraints must hold for the generated tables JuliaFEM ships,
not a parallel copy pulled via relative paths.

- Replace includes with `using JuliaFEM`.
