HdfSerializer - fix missing edges_item_ids item in cache ( dd9de98)
...
It wasn't written, but HdfSerializer was still requiring and throwing errors if it couldn' t find it, so cache wasn't working...
Honestly, me when I realized what happened - 🫣 🫣
