Update unit.py - convert function, case issue

Hi,
I noticed an issue and suggest a fix:
Unit names from <si_conversions> are all lowercase, whereas project units extracted from the IFC files with <get_project_unit(...).Name> are uppercase. So the convert function didn't seem to work properly.

In Blender 4.0 3D_* shaders are called without "3D_" prefix, otherwise it throws an error. Tested on Blender 3.6 - they work without "3D_" prefix too.

Clicking on an entry in the search field popup automatically validates and closes the popup
...
No need to click on "OK" anymore.
This is not a hacky workaround using the mouse position, it uses a signal sent to Blender to close the active popup
