Previously it would get cwd value in that case as bpy.path.abspath("//") returns cwd if .blend is not saved.

Fix limitations in AddSlabFromWalls operator.

- The operator is now unaffected by the order in which walls are joined.
- It has been updated to support split walls.

This operator allows users to create a slab from a selected closed loop of walls.
When the slab tool is active, pressing `Shift + A` will generate a slab based on the exterior polygon of the selected walls.
