test(basis): load JuliaFEM in derivative regression

Browse Source 
Align derivative checks with the packaged basis/topology stack instead of
partially re-including `src/` fragments.

- Drop manual `include("../../src/...")` bootstrapping in favor of `using JuliaFEM`.
