gpioto 98f4c8518e Casting default timestamp template to integer 
The documentation of IFC indicates that the timestamp must be of type Integer. (https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/DEV/IFC4_2/FINAL/HTML/link/ifctimestamp.htm)
If not, it cause some problems importing the generated IFC file in some platforms

Stinkfist0 3bef32bb87 IfcGeom::Kernel::get_layers: remove what would appear to be unnecessary code (yields 0 layers in my tests). 
The LayerAssignments() calls can take up to 95 % of the function's execution time yielding no results.

Stinkfist0 38f7ccdc20 Optimize IfcFile::entitiesByReference() by reserving capacity for IfcEntityList in advance. 
Around 18.4 % speed-up (avg. of first 2000 calls) when converting a somewhat large (176 MB) file to XML.
