Fix #6066 . Bug where spatial manager didn't toggle visibility correctly for spaces.
...
Previously I was only toggling Blender collections which is an
optimisation for large projects but will result in incorrect behaviour
if things aren't in the collection you think they're in. So for now it's
slower but more correct. We can optimise it later.

Fix #6060 . Updating long name in spatial manager now also edits attribute for convenience.

Editing attributes now also refreshes the spatial manager (i.e. vice
versa), and so does bulk attribute copying.

Tabbing now works consistently on all elements including those with usage
...
This means that seeing the extrusion type graphically is now possible,
adding booleans is now through a consistent interface. It's still
possible to immediately edit the axis via Alt-E and profile via Shift-E.
This helps consoliate code too.
